Reading Response 5: The Invention of Hugo Cabret
This book is about a young orphan boy named Hugo. Hugo is homeless and lives in a Paris bus station. The only thing he has is a broken automaton that his father left him. I started to read the book because last year I watched the movie and it was good then I found out there was a book and decided to start reading it. I just started the book recently though.
"If you loose your purpose... its like you're broken." I think that this quote from Hugo is very true. If you don't have a purpose then its hard to have a reason to do anything. So far the book is very good.

Oh I love this book! I read it when i was in middle school, a couple times actualy, and just adored it! When the movie came out I was thrilled but movie are never as good as the book. This is a good book.
